TaylorITEX CIC is a not-for-profit learning and development organisation based in Boston, Lincolnshire. Since 2008, we’ve been delivering inclusive education, accredited training, and community-based support to help people of all ages and backgrounds move forward.
From digital skills and ESOL to employability coaching and personal development, our work is rooted in empowerment, opportunity, and local impact. We believe in learning that changes lives — and communities.

Our Mission.

At TaylorITEX CIC, our mission is to empower individuals through inclusive, accessible, and meaningful learning opportunities that build skills, confidence, and independence.
We are committed to supporting people of all backgrounds — especially those facing barriers — to grow personally and professionally, find their voice, and take control of their future.
Through accredited training, personalised coaching, and community-led programmes, we aim to reduce inequality, promote social inclusion, and strengthen the communities we serve.
